14k white gold. Fine cameo carving of a woman’s face measuring  43 mm x 33 mm set in an elongated octagonal filigree frame which measures 48.5 mm x 38 mm. The back has a pin stem and catch and a flip up bail.  The total approximate gold weigh is 8.75 dwt.
